Fans of the original game will probably not be all that impressed by this reskin. The alluring mystique and the dark, uncanny atmosphere is long gone in The Immortal Captain Rizk slot. This is a superficial superhero game offering the exact same features, and more or less the same math model. You can now place bets between only 30p to £19 per spin however, which significantly lowers the high-roller appeal Immortal Romance still has in spades.
Where the original game thrived on a strong backstory with well-crafted characters, there is no such thing here. The bonus rounds are generically nameless here, but fans of Captain Rizk and his super dog have every reason to rejoice. Some people just can’t stand the whole vampire/romance genre, and now you get to play a great game without all that drama. The lighthearted and fun atmosphere is pretty much the opposite of the delightfully dark vibe you get from the original game. The good news is that those who don’t care for romantic vampires now have a good option to play a great game with a very different theme.
